How Are Veneers Made?

How are veneers made? Well, first of all, I don't know any general dentist that makes the veneers in their office. We take the mold of the tooth and send it to a dental technician who has a laboratory where they build the tooth, put it in the oven and fire it until it turns into glass. And that's basically the process.

You can imagine something that is only a millimeter thick, and has to be done very carefully. And that's where the experience comes in that I have to pay to have them made.

You don't ever have to deal with a dental laboratory. But they're made in the laboratory and they're sent back to me, ready to be subminted.
